Ever looked at commercials and saw that people made it look like it's so easy to lose weight? Well, let me tell you by personal experience it's not. There are diet pills, "don't go on a diet, just take these!" pills....
Well to tell you the truth, none of these will help you! Forget the pills. They are way too expensive, and they do you no good.
"I don't believe you one single bit. If pills don't work... what DOES?!"
There's only one answer to that. You're eating to much carbs, 2. consuming too much, or 3. Just slacking! Carbs are like energy, and TOO much energy causes you to gain weight. If you're the type of person who eats many carbs in a day, then try to work it out. It takes about 5 minutes if you are consuming too much carbs, and 30 minutes if you consume way over the limit you should have a day.
